The company management takes every job seriously and accords it all the attention it deserves. An operation team is assigned the job which is headed by a project manager, who serves as a liaison to the company management and the employing organization. They are tasked to oversee the project within the set agreed lead times and establish a reliable communication between this company and your organization. The team shall coordinate project activities with various departments within the organization to ensure timely delivery of goods/services and relevant documentation of the same are done on time. They shall assess the security situation of the destination and report it immediately to you, if the place is accessible or not. They will also supervise the loading process and the plane departure. Once the plane departs, the project manager shall communicate the flight details, timings and waybills reports in order to fast track the processes and make sure all functions operate efficiently.

7. Management Structure
Nari Air & Supplies limited believes and depends on the organized division of duties and responsibilities in running the company. The project manager appointed to run this project, shall be coordinate the company management team and your organization ensuring all departments are fully involved in the smooth running avoiding unnecessary delays.
The company management is divided into three departments, which are headed by the three directors, namely;
- Finance and Administration
This department is in charge of office work, finance and accounting of the company. It is also in charge of tracking and guarding cashflows, and reports directly to the BOD. It is responsible in advising the company on various financial objectives and budgets.
- Business Development
This department is in charge of sales and marketing. It is mandated in seeking for new business engagements
- Operations and Project management
This department is in charge of day to day running and monitoring of the Projects activities and also implementing operational plans. It is mandated in developing operation plans and overseeing the implementation process, ensuring that organization’s strategic plans are properly implemented
